Hello from Jade Kite

I just wanted to take a moment among all the panic and doom-mongering to introduce what I have spent the last year growing: Jade Kite, an insight and strategy agency focused on enabling confident decision-making in challenging environments. In our first year of activity we have addressed a number thorny client problems in a wide variety of sectors; we are now expanding our reach, providing support to a growing number of organizations in need of clarity and inspiration.

Our mission is to provide impactful insights to enable organizations to make confident decisions through clarity, innovation and ingenuity. Our core principles are:

  • Transparency and open collaboration with both our clients and our partners

  • Delivery at nothing but the highest standards

  • Never neglecting the nuance of consumer emotion

  • Always staying focused on the big picture and decisions to be made

  • Originality and restless innovation in everything that we do.


While we respect the core, century-old principles of market research, we see no reason why things should still be done in the same way they were in the 1960’s. We are dedicated to bringing qualitative research into the 21st century, kicking and screaming if we must.

We achieve this through groundbreaking technologies; One being Swarm AI, an online behavioral research method that promotes system 1 collaboration and non-verbal consensus. This predictive research method has been used in finance, pharmaceutical and even gambling – with astounding results and accuracy. Swarm AI is entirely decision-oriented, and each answer is qualified by an A.I.-generated Conviction Score.

We are also perfecting our Virtual Workshops – enabling all the collaboration, alignment and interaction from traditional ideation workshops, without the need to get all your high-level stakeholders in the same place for an extended period of time. This approach takes advantage of mobile technology and actually brings a number of review and collaboration tools unavailable to flip-chart and post-it-note sessions!

Along with video focus groups and online communities, we work with Self-Ethnographies and Virtual Hangouts. We are constantly in contact with participants in this method for an extended period of time, on their native messaging applications. This embeds us in their personal lives and gives a high level of emotional connections in real time.


Of course, much of our background is in traditional qualitative research. With thousands of hours of moderation under our belts, we are well versed in how to get the most of out of Focus Groups and Ethnography. We work to engage participants in a way that will keep a motivated and active group that provide insights and information from the start to finish of a group. As the saying goes “don’t reinvent the wheel”. At Jade Kite, we work to enhance the wheel and keep it spinning effectively.
